This initiative, a signature program under the Education Wing of the Brahma Kumaris, is designed to empower teachers and community leaders with deeper spiritual insights and practical tools to foster ethical leadership in their respective fields. About 200 BK teachers and brothers from across West Bengal took part in the training. Each day began with Amritvela meditation sessions, followed by creative workshops and reflective group activities, culminating in a soulful “angelic walk” through the green campus.

Speaking on the occasion, BK Kanan Behn highlighted the vision of nurturing leaders who embody ethics, awareness, and purpose in every sphere of life. She emphasized that the new centre is envisioned as a hub to serve professionals, educators, students, youth, and industry leaders alike, offering them a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with higher values that inspire ethical action and collective growth.
